小孩子怎么学英语之我见！

周日晚上见了一个海附6年级男孩
这个孩子之前曾经来这里听过课，但因为时间不行，没有过来。前段时间家长跟我联系，说孩子的英语学习遇到了瓶颈，难以走出来，让我看看。
见了以后，感觉这个孩子还是非常好的，比较大气，是很有潜力的。目前在海附班级里也是最好的。但就现在的情况来看，还没有和真正高手较量的能力，还得在学习方法上有所提高，把自己的能力发挥出来，扩大和其他学生的差距，使自己成为一个高手，成为让其他学生望其项背的高手。
诊断孩子面临的各种问题，体会他们，为其做一些建议等，也是很有意义的事情。

I’m --- from Class 3 Grade 4 .It’s my pleasure to stand here today to talk about my best friend.
       
My best friend Amy is my classmate .We have been friends for a long time .She has a little thin face and a little thin body .She is slim for her age and has black hair and dark eyes .She walks like a puppet , putting one foot straight in front of the other and making very little noise . She also wears glasses like Ido .

Amy is very good at telling stories .She makes me feel as if I am in the story .The story can make me feel sad ,scared ,worried or happy.We play together , we learn together , we have been through many difficulties together ,We have grown up together. we share our secrets because we trust each other ,we listen to each other and share our feelings. Whenever I had ups and downs she always here for me ,she can easily find words of encouragement and support.I can’t find words to describe how strong our friendship is.I like my friend for everything she does for me!

I am really happy to have a friend like Amy and I hope that our friendship will last forever.

这个孩子跟我学了3年，然后回家自学去了，现在4年级。老师让演讲，这是孩子自己写的内容，老师不满意，原封不动打回来让孩子继续改写。
我奇怪这个老师是不是脑袋被驴踢了，你能写出来这样的文章吗？要不你给改改？哪里不好，你到是说说啊？弄的自己像个人一样，其实你狗屁不是！这就是某些为人师表老师的水平！

这是跟我学了3年多点的孩子独立写的，后来因为路远回家自学了。学校老师不满意，让写成1,2,3的模式。哭笑不得。外行人指导内行人，写成八股文就符合他们的要求了！（改了以后天健还弄没有了，再发一次，我说庸师，你们不高兴？多余了！）。

这是4年级孩子，自己写的内容。学校老师让把这个演讲稿改成1,2,3的形式进行。无语了！

给老师们
之前发了一个4年级孩子的英语小文章，但天健总显示不出来，不知道是因为我说的话让某些在职老师不舒服，还是其他原因，一直没有显示出来。但我对很多在职的老师就是那个看法，不会有改变，我的确看不起一些庸师！但对那些勤恳踏实的老师，我非常敬佩，这样的老师还是有一些的。
这里我补充一些自己的看法。其实我没有要求老师在业务上有多强，包括我本人来说，我不敢说我比谁强多少，但至少我觉得应该做到一点，那就是给孩子一个上升的空间和通道。不要让自己的思维和落后的想法限制了孩子们的发展，不要天天：你们怎么怎么做。这个做法把很多孩子给耽误了，孩子活在你们的指挥棒下，不能有自己的想法，不敢按照自己的意愿去做，不能有自己的思维，你代替不了孩子，那就不要对他们限制过多，相信他们比你要聪明的多，对孩子负责就是对他们放手，让他们超过你才是你教育的成功。所以这个认识要到位，这样才能给孩子一个空间，孩子轻松你也轻松。所以不需要你有多强的业务能力，但需要你有一个踏实诚恳平等的态度，尊重孩子，别弄的你象天一样，别人都听你的。
家长同样也要有这样的心态。昨天晚上儿子背诵英语单词，photo，p- h-o-t-o,p-h-o-t-o,就这么背诵，这哪里是正确的方法呢？这么下去，孩子还怎么动脑呢？这么下去，老师不是害人吗？你自己学的不咋地，就别再推广你那没有任何价值的方法了，给孩子一条活路吧！
教育工作者们，你们辛苦，但有没有想过：你的辛苦有意义吗？
